Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and cke44 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the cke44 website located at https://cke44.vip and all associated services, games, and promotional offers.

By creating an account on cke44, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read these Terms in full, and that you voluntarily agree to be bound by them. cke44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on cke44. Duplicate or multiple accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension. During registration, players must provide truthful information including their full legal name, date of birth, and valid mobile number registered with a Bangladeshi mobile banking provider.

• Account registration is free. No fee is charged by cke44 to open or maintain a player account.
• Players are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. cke44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to protect their credentials.
• KYC verification — including valid national ID, passport, or birth certificate — is required before the first withdrawal. cke44 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of bKash wallet).
• cke44 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading information, with balances forfeited pending investigation.

Players must notify cke44 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. Notification should be sent to [email protected] with relevant details including the date and nature of the suspected unauthorised activity.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

cke44 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made via a cke44 account:

• Minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your cke44 balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. cke44 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment network outages.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with cke44 support.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within minutes during standard business hours. Processing times may extend up to 24 hours during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

cke44 does not charge players a withdrawal fee. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cke44 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per mobile banking number. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once will be treated as a breach of Terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• cke44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the individual promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

cke44 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction suspected of involving prohibited conduct. During any investigation, cke44 may temporarily restrict account access and withhold pending withdrawals. The outcome of any investigation is at cke44's sole discretion, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the cke44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of cke44 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of cke44.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, or systematic extraction of content from the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cke44 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any damages arising from service interruption, technical malfunction, or reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms
